A new release of the 2d arcade shoot-em-up has been released.

A new release of PowerManga, a 2D vertical scrolling shoot-em-up has been released.

Notable for this release is:

• Interestingly the license was changed to the new GPLV3
• Sounds have been updated to replace non-free sounds
• Joystick support has been added
• scale2x, scale3x, and scale4x effects were added...not really sure what that means?
• Volume control was added
• Other behind the scenes changes such ae source code files being renamed, cleaned up and rewritten code and various other guru changes
