Wolfenstein Enemy Territory is a team based World War 2 first person shooter. It was originally going to be an addon to Return To Castle Wolfenstein, a remake of the classic DOS game Wolfenstein 3D. Those brilliant people at Activision decided to release the addon as a free standalone game instead.

Wolfenstein Enemy Territory is played across several maps with two sides pitted against each other, the Allies and the Axis. Each side has their unique traits and classes such as engineer and medic. The game also has a built in experience points system which enables more abilities. Depending on the server the experience points are are kept throughout the current campaign and when a new campaign is started experience is reset.

Wolfenstein Enemy Territory is a great game and well worth it's cost, nothing!!! It is also available for Linux and Max OS X as well as Windows.
