Aptana Community Edition is a free IDE for building dynamic websites utilising many different tools and built using Eclipse. Aptana has many tools to help you develop interactive websites. These tools allow you to utilise tools for developing applications for the frontend (ie a web browser) as well as develop using backend systems for PHP and Ruby/Rails.
